We want to upgrade the help system of our Java Swing application from
a simple HTML based help to Javahelp. For that we're looking for a way
how to create both Javahelp files and a PDF manual out of one document
source.
There are masses of tools available for creating help systems and I'm

The problem with that, is two fold:
1) It's easy to forget to write 'flush()'. I suggest a code checker or
an annotation processor that warns you if you forget, and
2) Theoretically, flush() does slightly less than close(). For
example, close() will also have to update certain file descriptors,
I've heard in the last episode that Jigsaw has been implemented in the JDK7

Is there actually a way to check what modules/libraries/... have been loaded
and which not ? Or monitoring this module loading process ?

Oh and one more question - what happened to that daily JavaOne tabloid they
used to circulate? That was a good recap of announcements and events. It
always told how many attendees there were. (First day seemed pretty crowded
- was that 10-15,000?)

Hmm. I hadn't thought of that. The production suite is only for Win/
Mac because of the plugins, but I don't see any reason why the SVG
converter wouldn't work anywhere. Could you file a bug at javafx-

If I'm not mistaken somebody started to make a plugin for Inkscape (
http://silveiraneto.net/2008/11/21/inkscape-and-javafx-working-together/)
but the author stopped with it. Probably because the Production Suite
already did this.
Btw, should we log bugs against this converter in this jira too ?
