I prefer a Test Assisted Development approach where we build the tests in
tandem with the code. You need to work out the approach that makes sense
for the context and answer the questions:

For me Groovy/Grails was the best discovery of 2008, and I can see a
place for the combo in the Enterprise world - initially Groovy for
scripting/testing.
Regarding the low profile, perhaps Groovy/Grails is more of a European
thing? There certainly seems to be more of a buzz around Groovy/
Grail
On a holiday theme, what are the things that would make your working
environment more appealing and productive? Perhaps you have the ideal
working environment already?
