Hi I understand what you are saying about the cleaning of the computer; however, this is not the problem. When we had a fan which was going bad, the sound came from the CPU: however, in this case the sound is coming from the speakers. Marsha Anderson

[JAWS-Users] Duplicate Jaws Applications

Hi Guys Perhaps, you could help me. Sometimes when I get the message, Jaws has encountered a problem and needs to shut down, there are two jaws applications which need to be closed. Does anyone know why this happens? What can be done to prevent this, if anything, from happening? Marsha
