Hi Liz,
Also, look at the screen resolution.
1024 by 768 will usually get the job done in most cases.
If you have experienced this problem with different versions of Jaws, and
have not merged any user settings between versions,
I would suspect that it is system related.

I tried the export method and it did not work out.
The options mentioned did not appear as indicated.
So, I did the shared file method and it worked great.
Many Thanks!
I'll add this to my ever accumulating tips page.

Yes I like the shared method very well myself. The reason is now I only need
to backup a single address book instead of 3 or 4 because of all the
identities on this system. You may well imagine I expect a lot out of a
computer system and as such put it through it's paces almost every day, but
Just a quick note to this,
should you decide to reinstall the video drivers, you will need to
re-install the video intercept for Jaws.

Did you make sure your display settings are correct? If so, to uninstall
the video drivers, go to control panel.
Then go to system.
Control tab to hardware.
Tab to, device manager and press enter.
Tab one time to your list of devices and type the letter d for display
adapters.

Hi all:
I uninstalled and then reinstalled my video drivers, and everything works as
it should now, issue solved. I went and did it through the Jaws Video
Intercept Manager. When I restarted, it did prompt me to reinstall the
drivers, which I wouldn't have known had I not turned Narator on to

This is only indirectly related to Jaws in that since the demise of WinMX I
