Hi Thank you for the encouraging E-Mail. I believe I will be able to get a sighted person to help me install the program. I was also considering bring JAWS to the store with me and installing it there. That way I know that JAWS will play nicely on that machine. What do you think? God

Actually, it is called, User Account Control and it is designed to prevent you from running an executable file accidently by popping up a window asking you if you are sure you want to do this. I have mine disabled, so I am not sure how Jaws 9 works with the popup screen. Denny Huff

JAWS 9 pretty much works the same as JAWS 8 does, although at times JAWS doesn't read the continue button, similar to how it acts while in the copy/replace files dialogue box. To read the continue button I tab forward and then go backward, that usually gets JAWS to read the button correctly.
