Hi. ok I have jaws 8. sometime the pronounce graphic shows up as a
link and sometimes a graphic. I'm way behind in email so if this has
been discussed I am sorry. When it's a graphic I can't access it. of
course when it's a link i just press enter. I've tried left clicking on
the graphic

Are you using Jaws 9?
If so, you should have the auto complete in the verboscity options. It
should be the very first option when you do an insert v in Outlook.
