Maybe it's just me, but in JAWS9, the insert A feature doesn't seem to work.
To be sure there are no attachments, hit the "save attachment" button on the
menu. If there are no attachments, JAWS should say "there are no
attachments in this message."

Ben, I don't think it will. It's a while since I've done this, but I have a
feeling that the last authorisation number is kept in the registry, and not
removed on an uninstall, so it'll use the same authorisation number unless
you remove it through the tools menu.
Cheers

off the computer. now when she installs it the authorization window
will come up. Now the new number can be put in.
Don't over complicate the simple.

There are a couple of ways to do this. 1 is to go into the Winamp preferences,

Yep, Mike. I'm basically doing it the same way you are. The interesting
thing about this is that in most forwarded emails it works, but there are
some where it just won't delete these darned addresses!
A student of mine brought it to my attention and I told her I'd never had

Did you try removing your authorization from the Jaws tools?
Also, I'm not sure what kind of security your office has on your computer,
but sometimes the permissions set on your PC may not allow you to do this.

You don't enter the serial number when you install. it isn't on the
install disk. The old one is hiding somewhere in the computers brain
and it won't go away--like one of those songs that get stuck in your
head, for hours.
