Flor, I think this is a red herring. I don't think the cookie comes into play until you try and log in. My understanding is that Christie's problem is when she first goes to the site , which leads me to suspect it's got something to do with the sound clip which plays when you first go to the site.

Hello Andrew, I am not sure about batch conversion, but you can convert one file at a time to the MP3 format using ITunes. 1. Open ITunes and then press CTRL with comma to bring up the preferences. If the keystroke doesn't work use Alt-E and even if JAWS doesn't speak use up arrow to the
