Hi all
I have experienced some difficulties in activating jaws. when I followed the
instructions to edit my authorisation code it gave me a strange message which
says, can not focus a disabled invisible windows . i attempted to varify my
authorisation code by clicking on the help menue
I did my first tech support call this afternoon using tandem and it worked like
a charm. There was virtually no delay with the interface and I was able to
finish more in the time allotted than normal simply because I could do it
myself and I was able to determine much more than I would have
I hate doing this folks but I haven't heard anything from the list for more
than 12 hours.

it keeps telling me when I start to write the message that there are no
headings on this page and won't let me reply. Could you tell me why that is?

It may be one of those newbie glitches you could report to FS. This is why
I usually do not jump into the upgrades right away, preferring to let

Well what do you know, it's decided to be good. However, when I got my
computer last year, it came with sma so I had two upgrades, which is why I

The down-side to that advise is I paid for both 9 and 10 and I am still
using 8.2173. I have 9.latest installed and find it to be less stable than
8.2173.
