Arrow down the tree view to the topic you want to read and press enter.
Press F6 twice quickly to place JAWS in the part of the document you chose

cleaning, malware protection, etc. I've had issues with other similar programs,

I was having that problem with internet explorer but now that I've switched to
firefox, I don't have that problem anymore. Maybe try using firefox if you're
not already using it.
