After running Avast, CCleaner (including registry cleaner in the app) Spybat search and destroy, and JKDefrag, I am happy to report my computer is functioning properly. My only issue was using Spybat without the benefit of Jaws Scripts. I wasn't certain which Jaws scripts to use so I downloaded
