f5 is the refresh key. So if you didn't hit insert quite
simultaneously with f5, the f5 key stroke would take over.

Sounds llike there may be a problem with the Insert key on your keyboard.
If pressing it in combination with F5 sometimes refreshes the page and other
times displays the list of forms fields, it may be working only
intermittently. Pressing F5 by itself is the normal Windows command to
