Do these steps work pretty much the same way in Windows Mail?
I use Outlook, but I know someone who is having a hard time setting up
folder rules in Windows Mail.

I don't think anything is wrong. To me, it just sounds like it is doing the
action you are requesting it to do, it's just that JAWS might not catch that
progress message since it only briefly appears on the screen so JAWS may not
see it because it's doing it so fast.

Hi Albert, for whatever reason my control M would only give me my primary
email not secondary work mail. It doesn't bother me since i sort of like
that, but just thought I'd put this out there as another Jaws or Windows
weird thing. Have a good one,
