Ah. You have to open Script Manager from the JAWS utilities menu, which will
open default.jss. I recommend putting the following on a separate line
before the word "consts".
use "skypewatch.jsb"
Note! Type that in exactly as shown.
Then press CTRL+s to save and compile.
