Subject: [JAWS-Users] question about upgrading IE and jaws.
Hi all. I
If you want to upgrade to IE 8, you need JAWS 9 or higher, which means you
would have to upgrade your SMA. JAWS 7 will not work with IE 7 or 8.
Unfortunately, JAWS 7 will not work with the latest version of Firefox
either, so stick with waht you have until you can afford to upgrade.

With running Jaws 7 you can upgrade to IE7 but, you will need, at minimum,
Jaws9.0.2191 to run IE8. Hope this helps. Take care.

Jo,
Two things. First, see if you can locate the button with the Jaws review

If that doesn't work, which is sometimes the case on certain websites, try a

Hello Vicki,
Is it possible that you had the Magic screen magnifier installed with JAWS
9? In the Magic preferences there is a choice for choosing a tracking
engine when using Magic with JAWS. I am not sure if that is still the case
with the later versions of the program but it was in some
