voices (speech synthesizers) that can speak text written in other
languages, and html tags for Web pages written in other languages.
There are separate language versions for other languages' JAWS, such as

Hi Jose,
The weird sound tells you you are in layered mode. So you would hear
that sound, then press r, to open the Research It dialogue box.
