Hi All,
You can bypass this problem by going to the Adobe website, and installing
the latest version from the website after entering on the accessibility link
at the top or bottom of every page.
Entering on those links takes you to an accessible version of the site, and
lets you install the la
Hi all;
I have some very old PC's with either WINDOWS 98 and 2,000.
I also have some oldJAWS discs.
My question is which version of JAWS will go with 2,000? or 98?
Thank you.

Al, keep us posted and thanks for being our point man. I have found Adobe
to be particularly annoying in its so-called accessibility stuff that isn't
a bit accessible. Marilyn

Interesting. I tried the mail merge on my laptop running Vista and XP, and
it works fine there. That makes me wonder if there's a setting on my
desktop PC that's causing the problem. I've reported it to FS.

I wonder if anyone might be able to clarify if you need to have Openbook in
order to be able to use Pearl. I am still a bit confused if you need to
purchase both units.

Please do. The offer sounds good but need to save money for a property.
So if I do buy it it will be after I move in, whether the sale is on or
not. This is if I go for OpenBook in the first place. So far so good it
looks like.
