Try the resize or move options. You do this by right clicking the C
drive and choosing the above option. You only right click the
unallocated partition (if any) if you wish to create a partition in that
space.

I have received an .XLS file that I'm having a hard time trying to read.
I'm having a hard time because I don't know didly squot about how to read a
.XLS file. I went to the file menu and didn't see an option to convert it
to a Word document or text file.Does anyone know a way
It is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file. If you have Word, you probably
have Excel as part of Office. It is probably most easily read with Excel.
However, if it does not contain many columns or extremely wide, perhaps it
could be converted to a Word table.

I agree, it's easier reading in excel than converting to a column/table
format.
The navigation keys are totally different from excel to the other way.

this is exactly what I have been doing with no luck. For some reason the
program just will not recognise that 2.5 gig of free space. I can see it
but the program just will not display it it shows in the free space
before the operation as zero bites.
