Martha, Under tools, it looks like my HTML is checked. Under view, it says HTML is not available. Please explain? Any specific recommendations on the settings in tools for HTML would be greatly appreciated. There seems to be many option regarding both HTML and plain text. Thanks. Rich

Well, I'm not Martha, but probably have been called much worse,lol. On my settings, my HTML is not checked, just plain text. So try that first, we are all different in how we like our emails to display, so while this works for me, it might not suit you. Make sure you do the apply button and

Rich, another possible solution to activating a link in an E mail and Outlook express. Instead of placing the cursor on the first letter of the link, move one more character to the right and try entering or clicking on that character to activate the link. For some reason, some of us have had to do
