I have Microsoft Office home and business as well. It does not look as I remember, but here is what I do to get to where I think will do the trick. From the start menu I navigate to All Programs. Press Up Arrow once and press Enter. Press down arrow once and press M until I get to Microsoft

Many times in reading a message, Jaws doesn't just start to read it, although it is supposed to do it. Many times, I just hear, read only edit. The only way I can correct this, is to unload jaws and load it again. Then, it works for awhile, and then goes back to what it was doing before. Is
