it from there.
The machine that you run it from though will need the video intercept
installing if it is not already.

Perhaps I should have clarified that she is trying to sort her folders using
Windows Explorer.
When she goes in to the Sort By submenu,
she doesn't see an option for ascending and descending order.

She may need to disable grouping.
View - Grouping and set it to none.
