well if your not running MSE, then there should be somewhere within your
anti-virus to disabled it, I remember back on xp I could do that using that
AVG and even Norton.
MSE seems to have no issues allowing it to install.

outlook folder but nothing in it. I need to find that .pst file.
I googled it last night and followed the steps but when I got to the browse

allow you to get to the bios.
Don't remember exactly where it is, off-hand,
but I suspect it would be in the system performance settings.
Try searching for "fast boot" or something similar on the laptop itself.

I believe you can move the PSTFile which is found in my documents,
outlook files folder.
this will move your folders and messages,
not any rules/filter,
the other way I suppose is, do a outlook backup on the old comp, then move
the backup.pst to the new computer, and import to outlook 2013.
I'm sending this email for a test message to see if it goes through and to
also see if I am able to see the email. The admin stated there is nothing
