Well, I learned my lesson about using other programs to change views. When I first installed office 2010 a few years ago there was a program that changed the ribbons to work like word 2003. I can find no way to reverse it. I was on with a Microsoft tech for about 3 hours and she could not fix

Hi Lenny, Here's something you can try to make navigating the Office 2010 ribbons a little easier but, make sure the virtual ribbons option is unchecked in Word's Jaws options, Insert + V. To navigate ribbons more efficiently the ribbons need to be maximized. The keystroke is, control + F1.
