Trish, when you paste a file into the body of a outlook email it doesn't go
into the body but appears as an attachment and you can use shift and the tab
key to check that it was pasted into the attached line. I have done it
several times.

Usually denotes a clickable link. If you do not hear anything when you
search for links on your page then what you want to do may be inaccessible.
You might look up hover in the JAWS User List archives to get the full

Hi,
If JAWS can identify this clickable element or link, it will say
OnMouseOver before speaking it. The keystroke to activate it, is,
ctrl+JAWSKey+ENTER. (By JAWSKey we mean the Insert Key, or the
capslock key, or whatever key you've designated to be the JAWS command
key.

Well, I learned my lesson about using other programs to change views. When I
first installed office 2010 a few years ago there was a program that changed
the ribbons to work like word 2003. I can find no way to reverse it. I was
on with a Microsoft tech for about 3 hours and she could not fix
Hi Lenny,
Here's something you can try to make navigating the Office 2010 ribbons a
little easier but, make sure the virtual ribbons option is unchecked in
Word's Jaws options, Insert + V.
To navigate ribbons more efficiently the ribbons need to be maximized. The
keystroke is, control + F1.
Office 2010 and 2013 are similar, but not the same. The ribbon menus are
different and the 2013 ribbons contain much more than the 2010 version did.
Both should work well with Windows 7, and I currently am running Office 2013
on a Windows 7 and a Windows 8.1 machine. I have no problems. I will
Hi John,
From what I hear Office 2010 2013 are similar but, how similar I'm not

how it works, if it were me, I would save the money until all the bugs have
been worked out for Jaws15 Office 2013 but, since J16 is out

Hi Ed,
I don't use Outlook 2010 or any version of Outlook so, I don't know if

Take care.

The keystroke Mike gave, that would usually work, to maximize the
Ribbon, is ctrl+F1.
