Hi
With nero, run Nero burning rom
Esc to quyt the new compilation if exist
alt+r to open the recorder menu
Down arrow to choose burn image and press Enter.
Poinnt to the image which you want to burn, and press enter
Leave the default options, and press the burn button.

I think it has to do with the length of time that the message has been
sitting in your inbox, and the value can be changed under the Tools menu
