Zoe, if you have win7, press the Windows key together with the pause key (the top right key on a desktop keyboard). Then switch to the JAWS cursor and arrow down. On my computer, I'm told I have a 64-bit system. It takes several presses of the down arrow key to reach this line. -Original Me

I haven't had an issue with Thunderbird reading e-mails after I got a faster computer and started using the down arrow to read once JAWS set. Have you set your receiving emails to HTML or to text? HTML takes longer to open - they don't open and begin reading instantaneously like Eudora did.

Hi all, Wondering if others have experienced this problem. When I end a Tandem session using JAWS key + alt t I completely lose speech. The only way to get speech back is to restart the whole system. I've reached out to FS but nothing has been done as of yet. Any suggestions or tips people
