As to the issues raised by the original poster in this thread, I have encountered same in previous versions of Jaws. For example, in say all mode, if it is a long document, my Jaws voice will get lower in pitch as it gets closer to the bottom of the document or page. I think it might slow down

Hi Zoe, You can use the insert+the number one on the number row to turn keyboard help on and off. By using this command you can touch any key on your keyboard and Jaws will tell you what the key is. When you are done do the insert+number one key to turn it off. The pause key is the top right key
