In the normal Skype, there's an option to notify you when a contact changes
status. If this option is present in skype for Business, it might do the

If you are not using any Braille devices, then it probably shouldn't pose
any problems other than being an annoyance.

I can't answer your question specifically, since I don't have Windows 10
running,
but I do know that on my systems if I am at the computer when files are
added to my Dropbox Jaws does announce it.
As far as who the files are from, I don't think that information is given.

According to those instructions below, I've noticed at least when I unload
jaws, it doesn't shut up right away. Maybe that is why step 2 is there.
However, cannot remember the command off hand, but when you use that jaws
dump command, jaws shuts up real quick, for me.
