I don't run Outlook of any nature, except for that altered version of
Outlook Express that has been altered to work with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, & 10!
I'm going to give Microsoft Accessibility a call in the morning. This is
just too weird!

Mike, a two-part semi-answer:
First, if you already named a missing document, you should be able to retrieve
it by typing that name into the Windows 7 search field. Even if you can only
recall a few words in the document, it will probably show up in that search
field, depending on how you set u

nothing is there regarding saved .DOCX files. It sounds like they're just
