A two-pronged question.
1. My PC just did an update, and whether this has anything to do
with it or not, when I went on Youtube to play my purchased movies, I get
the following: Alert, error, cannot play, try again later.
Note that I can play other videos, and I can play my purch
Hi Dennis,
Here is one way to get there in Windows 10:
1. From the control Panel, select, File Explorer Options, and press enter.
2. When this dialogue opens, move to the View tab, then tab once to the
tree-view of options.
3. Press the H key until you hear, Hide extensions for known file types, an
Hi All,
First this is for Jaws users, & I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.
When you're installing or updating CCleaner, after pressing enter on the Run

I am using the same MAGic & JAWS. I really liked Zoomtext but I am not

Hi Mauricio,
Thanks for the info. I am running Windows 7. This is my work computer so I
can't upgrade. I wonder if this may have any bearing on my issues.
I am running JAWS 18, not 2018. I am running ZoomText 11.7 as this is what was
in the download of Fusion I installed last weekend.

Hi Pam,
I have not experienced the issues you described. I am running Windows 10 and
all appears to be working as it should... mostly.
Here is how I have my ZoomText Fusion configured:
Only JAWS starts when I start my computer.
When I want the magnification portion of Fusion to be launched, I
Right now, I'm using Jaws 18 and Magic 14 at a very high magnification.
Magic allows me to see what I am writing in emails and in word. It tracks
the cursor. I have it set for light colored letters on a dark background.
Basically, I'm depending on Jaws. But Magic really helps as a backup.

Hi George,
It could be that there is something about my computer that is contributing to
the issue. What concerns me is the apparent lack of knowledge by the tech
support staff regarding this product.

Pam,
What you are experiencing is not VFO's hoped for result. I had been
planning to switch from MAGic & JAWS to Fusion next month.
6 or 7 years ago I was using Zoomtext and began using JAWS at that time but
had to give it up as the two programs fought with each other. Freedom

In order to do this, you must be comfortable with using the Windows Registry
editor. Before you go about doing this, you should verify that cortana is

Oh yeah, me too. This only really clicked in my memory because I was trying
to show someone how to change the views a few weeks ago. :)

And knowing a file's extension is simply the quickest and most efficient way
of determining what sort of file it is. Also, Windows does not always
exactly report file types correctly. For example, if you have certain
programmes installed, like media players like Winamp, for example, windows

Hi Mauricio,
Thanks for your reply. I also mostly use JAWS, but do have a very small amount
of vision and sometimes need to use ZoomText magnified at a very high level.
I installed Fusion last weekend, and for a day or so, it seemed to work ok
except that ZoomText didn't appear to be tracking

I explained that the last three updates to the ICloud updates made the
interface inaccessible.
Hopefully all of us will write Apple!!!

Thank you for your email. We appreciate the feedback and wanted to let you
know
How can iCloud be made accessible. My cousin said I had an update from
Apple and she restarted the computer after it downloaded and left. This
morning I was in the iCloud window but nothing yielded anything I could do,
have no clue if it wanted info from me, no cursor read anything useful.
Why?
I'm using Windows 10, Fall Creator update.
Perhaps you've already tried this, but if the view is something other than
details, sometimes you have to arrow sideways, rather than up and down, to
find all the views.
If control-shift-6 does not work for you (I don't get a menu-it just
changes) press f6
When I press control-shift-f6, it comes up with the view submenu, but only
says things like "large icons", "small icons" etc. There's no 'details' item
there.
Cheers!

The answer is yes, I just got an external blue-ray drive for around $80 from
Amazon. It is an Asus if I spell it correctly. There are also standard DVD
drives available as well.
I just connected it up and it worked.
