Gerald,
Unfortunately that's quite normal with 'modern' software installers.
It's either Ask or Chrome or a few similar bun unnecessary, but you have
the option to uncheck the install box during setup, IF of course you can
find it.
So now you can use C Cleaner to un install chrome.

I've been a long-time Omnipage user but found version 19, AKA Ultimate,
an ultimate fail particularly with Word and Excel.
While Abbyy Fine Reader isn't as posh, it's a lot easier to use and
gives better responses in some areas and it integrates into Word / Excel
much better than ver 19 of Omnip
As an after-thought, some laptops allow this function to be turned off
in the BIOS, but this is not only an inaccessible place for JAWS, but
not a place for inexperienced users, so you'll need someone who knows
exactly what they are doing to check for this.

Hello Kevin,
Try Alt + p, SP.
This opens a window which has three tabs, Margins (the one you want),
Paper and Layout.
You can Ctrl + Tab between these three pages; you can use Tab to
navigate within each page.

You can usually find a reference to 'About bla bla' in the help menu, so
Alt + H, then arrow down, enter on About, and have a read.
Some of these About windows are a bit inaccessible, but try the JAWS
cursor, or Convenient OCR.
