if I am not wrong, your laptop will be having windows vista.
so you should use Nero 7 or higher version.

Hi Dinesh,
while uninstalling jaws, you have to check on the remove shared components
check box so that everything gets removed.
after uninstalling, go to the program files folder and manually remove the
freedom scientific directory if it is there.
this should solve your problem.
