Off. I have no idea how to correct this. The period still works when
depressed, but jaws says nothing.
Can someone help me turn this back on.

Just a suggestion
After you enter outlook and enter control 3 for contacts you have to tab not
down
Arrow to get to your list of contacts. See if that helps

I seem to have a problem with JAWS speaking in word or outlook. I'm using
JAWS 8 and office 2007.
It doesn't happen everytime but enough to become very aggravating. What
happens is JAWS
