Hi all,
I'm trying to add a contact to my address book in outlook and I can't
remember how to do it.
I'm using outlook 2010 and JAWS version 13.
Could someone please send me the instructions on how to add a contact.

This is the first time that I've needed to add a contact since I upgraded my
computer.
I'm using JAWS 13 with 2010 word and excel.

Hi,
If you press control shift b it will mtake you into the address book.
Then if you press alt f and hit enter on new entry then choose new
contact. At least that's how you do it in outlook 2013 not sure if
2010 is the same.

I've never figured out how to use the journal. I use notes all the time.

Using Yahoo messenger v10 I don't see my new contact in the list of names. I
added the contact several times but it still isn't listed.

Use control plus N to start a new contact.

I imported my address book from outlook 2010 to thunderbird. Now I want
to add a new contact from the address book to a thunderbird group list.
I've tried to do this in the past without success. When I try to add a
name the contact just goes in the list in the address book not the group
