I much prefer the Microsoft keys for this.
With your in-box open, but not the message, in other words, you should
have your cursor sitting on the message that includes attachments, but
don't press enter to open the message, open the applications menu by
tapping the key right next to the control
Hi, The JAWS key for going to email attachments is INSERT plus A.

In office 2007, I am using Outlook. I am using Jaws 8.0 with the June
update on a computer with windows xp pro.
Jaws will not read many e-mails from companies like the New York Times, the
Wall Street Journal, etc. The PC cursor will not read in say all mode.

Have you tried maximizing the window and then doing a screen refresh? I don'
tuse outlook at all but see if that helps.
