Earlier this day, I did modified my Default Advance Verbosity setting to let
JAWS speak every occurrence of tool tip pop-ups on my system. Hoping that it
would make my screen reader read aloud Microsoft Outlook's incoming Mail
notifications and other app/system notifications wh
r way!
and if tomorrow never comes, problem solved!

Hi Abdulaziz,
You will need to go to Folder Options , and then the view tab.
It is in the advanced settings as in previous versions of Windows.
I am not fond of the interface in Windows 8, so I get to Folder Options
