Microsoft is so damn sneaky!
I have been noticing a lot of weird application behavior on my once
stable laptop since updating to Windows Creator. Some taking all day
to load. Others not loading at all, unless I launch them multiple times.
I decided to go back in and check the Privacy setting
My problem is that I don't always understand some of these privacy
settings. They're like double speak to me. And that's with the 1607
build never mind the new one coming.
