Hi all; I have XP home and 10.0. I am trying to clean up my "start ups". I hit Windows Run, then msconfig When I get a list of my start ups, I scroll down to see what is checked or unchecked. Some of the programs that are unchecked are programs I have tried to uninstall. Is there a way
