Now I have seen this here but this issue dates back to jaws 10 and I've
reported it to FS at least a couple of times now with no real fixes.

Using JAWS 11.0.756. Has anyone experienced random crashes with JAWS,

on my Windows 7 machine sometimes. The only workaround is to log out
