Each time I upgraded, 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016, everything was still in
tact.
The audo complete is a setting that you control and you can empty it or not,
so it will not be affected after upgrading.

Regarding the differences between office 2010 and office 2016, there are
distinct variations.
In Microsoft Word and in Outlook, the editing functions are quite different.
