Hi, I'm sure this happens a lot out there. And the PC doesn't want to do anything and you're force to do a shut down. Since, jaws is not responding, is there a way to do a restart, instead of shutting down??? Thanks, Jorge For answers to frequently asked question

I think that the keyboard command restart is preferable to the forced restart by pressing the small button in the vicinity of the son-off switch. When I have been forced because of a locked keyboard to use the forced restart, I always get a non-JAWS readable Windows screen from which I must ch
