I'm sure this happens a lot out there.
And the PC doesn't want to do anything and you're force to do a shut down.
Since, jaws is not responding, is there a way to do a restart, instead of
shutting down???

if this has been mentioned already, nnext to the power bbutton is a
reset/restart button usually smaller and sometimes flush or recessed.
use it instead of doing a forced shutdown.

Talking about tower desktop. i only use the forced restart button as a last
resort but it's probably preferable to anything more drastic.
