I'm trying to set up a friend's Gmail account in Outlook Express using Windows
7 and JAWS 17. His password is staying put but I'm wondering if I have the
port numbers wrong? I've tried 465 for SMTP and 995 for Pop3. Is this
correct? If so, what else could be the problem.

Check the Gmail settings to be sure that modern security protection is turned
off. This is the only way Outlook Express can access Gmail.
