Once you have installed the Dropbox program and signed into your
account, the program creates a folder in the user directory ie
c:\users\yourusername\dropbox. If you would like to access the program
itself to change settings, it should be in your system tray JAWS key
plus f11.

folder. When I place something in there, I am not able to get the link to
