Open up your configuration manager with insert+ 6 on the number row. Then
hit alt+S. Next hit the letter Y to land in the submenu you are after. There
is where you will find what it is you seek.

The problem with these is that you need to identify exactly what event the
different voices happen.
For example, do they happen when Jaws goes over a hyper link, or maybe when
it goes over italic text
