known or your arrows and enter on the document you wish to attach

Unsure if he is using Outlook or WLM. I will assume WLM.

Thanks to all for answers. He did figure it out after I gavehim XP
directions. I hear good and bad things about Windows 7. Does anyone
think that Windows8 is much better?

works pretty much same as for OE/XP
Do the alt I and enter on attachment...
then shift tab or tab to where the item is, once located, press alt O and
send
