PS: when installed, sign in as normal then go to tools then to options,
and go to the layout section in the list. Press tab, and untick the
following boxes: Show favourites, show groups, show the tab bar, and
show the what's new list. then click ok, this'll make your experience a
lot easier.

I am completely frustrated here.
I am running windows 7, jaws 12, on a 64 bit machine.
I updated my windows live essentials to 2011, and now I can't use messenger,
because I can't figure it out.
I did have 10 contacts in windows live 2009, but only 2 show up now.
