It is the changes that SBC made to the page. Mine does the same thing.
There should be a link on the page that says to change back to the
classic view. If you click on the link, that should fix the problem.

When I sign into my SBC global account, and I go to my bulk folder jaws is
very sluggish. When I use my arrow keys jaws can't speak as fast as I hit
