Well, if you have several folders in outlook as I do, go into each folder,
and turn off the reading pain for every folder. Even the In Box. Jim

So that is all you have to do and this you do for each folder if for e-mails
that way, and if only one In-box you only have to do it once.

I've had this problem
I've had this problem for a while now with various versions of outlook
and jaws. I usually just do a control home whenever I open a message.
I've been doing that for so long I sort of forgot it was a work around
for a problem.

Mine works ok most of the time but once in a while I experience what you
folks are saying. Has anyone talked with FS about this? I have my settings
to read messages automatically once I hit enter on them

I've got the same problem on both my work and personal
laptops. The only difference is that I am running Windows7.
The problem also existed for me when I was running JAWS14.
