It depends on what program you're using to zip up the files. I would
personally recommend 7Zip, because it's very easy to use. But in any
case, with all the programs I've seen, there should be a shortcut in
the file menu that says add to archive. You should copy all the files
you want to zip up

an email, but in order to do this, I think I need to zip the files first
so they can be sent in one go.
