Yes. It appears to work, because the proxy seems to reference the same
object.
At least, it returns the same hashCode, and equals works.
Now I have to figure out why javax.ejb.EntityContext.getEJBObject has
started throwing "java.lang.IllegalStateException: No remote interface
defined.", but
This is in HEAD and 3.2. Both Local and XAConnectionManagers are wrappers
around TxConnectionManager. In XA and TxConnectionManager you can set
TrackConnectionByTx to eliminate all intermediate end(suspend) and
start(resume) calls. Also, all work on one tx will go through one
connection.

Hi,
I rememeber there was a discussion about keeping jdbc xa connection
allocated for a transaction until the transaction ends. Is it implemented?

Think smart. Think automated. Think Dynamics.

You need to write your own registry implementation. The
JBossMBeanRegistry does
not automatically add classloaders that happen to be mbeans to the
loader
repository which the BasicMBeanRegistry does. I believe our
implementation of
the ModelMBean is the XMBean stuff.

Thanks for pointing out this problem. I applied your change and a couple
others that provide a more permanent solution to Branch_3_2 and HEAD.
Does your fix really work? I'd expect the proxy and actual instance not to
be equal since they have different classes...
Thanks again... I should have

Sacha,
great work, please put this in documentation as I mentioned before.
documentation-getting-started.text and/or documentation-advanced.text

Then we will collect these and make a compilation.

Juha & group,
It appears that there are two registries available in
org.jboss.mx.server.registry. org.jboss.mx.server.ServerConstants seems to
indicate that org.jboss.mx.server.registry.BasicMBeanRegistry is the
registry that is actually used. Is this the registry that you refer to?
What does

Hello,
I've just commited a generic cache-invalidation mechansim to HEAD (mainly in
org.jboss.cache.invalidation). Some of the code and ideas comes from Bill
Burke's implementation of the Seppuku algorithm that has been recently
commited.
It allows to have any cache to be invalidated by any reso

So am I wrong about this problem? Do I simply have something misconfigured
with the container which is causing it to traverse down the wrong path for
remote queue name lookups?

Hi David,
I'm currently working in Branch_3_2, trying to get our app running
under it, amongst other things.
We set up a number of different datasources, all pointing at various
Oracle databases, using the -service.xml style of configuration, and
also using security domains set up in login-co
