Don't misunderstand me. We shan't be droping support for an Entity backend. The
whole thing needs to be pluggable. Hibernate should just be default.

sounds like a good idea andy.
i'm not so hot either on my original idea anymore, mostly because i'm not sure how it
would affect performance. actually, i think its worth avoiding any significant
performance issues in OLTP systems, including mail handling.

I just got JbossIDE tutorial to run (I did have update to Jboss 3.2.3). And I have to
do admit I'm pretty impressed with the XDOCLET integration.
Here's my question:
Is it posible to run XDOCLET outside of the IDE using the generated xdoclet-build.xml
file.
I tried:
ant -buildfile xdoclet-bu
I set about trying to make some minor config changes to the Entity store behind the
EntityMailbox implementation. I tried to just switch to option A and use read-ahead
for the rest. I then discoveredit is all running with no transactions
what-so-ever... There is no session fascade or anyt
I've added the basic underlying functionality for mail lists, so far it exists in a
memory version. Members are added in jboss-service.xml, and changes to list
permissions and members etc. are only done in memory and not persisted. In other words
pretty useless! I'll be adding an entity version
I'll start using it next week :-)

It is givibg some erros in opening some perspective
also the build option is always dim.
